Aftermath in the court

  1. In the event that the application for the recusation of a judge who is considering the case alone is satisfied, the case is considered in the same court by another judge, who is determined in the manner.
  2. If the application for recusal of one or more judges who are considering the case collegially is satisfied, the case is considered in the same court by the same composition of the panel of judges with the replacement of the assigned judge or judges, or by another composition of judges, which is determined in accordance with the procedure.
  3. If, after satisfying the challenges (self-challenges) or if there are grounds, it is impossible to form a new composition of the court to consider the case, the case, by order of the chairman of the court, is transferred to another court, determined in the manner prescribed.
